Gypsy
A 15-acre private farm with majority of regenerative landscape in the Sahyadris - biodiversity as the organising principle, not spectacle.
The masterplan preserves over 90 percent of the natural contours, ridges and stream networks. Laterite cracked and repurposed from site material minimises extraction impact.
A set of curved-roof cottages is generated through parametric workflows to integrate with the topography and open views toward the valley.
