A 3BHK home organised around a double-height heart, built in exposed laterite.

Kavadsa is a three-bedroom residence designed as a sequence of experiences rather than a set of rooms. A dynamic form links the spaces into one another around a double-height volume, balancing generous, light-filled openness with smaller, cosier pockets to retreat into.

The house is built in load-bearing exposed laterite, roofed with a filler slab and Mangalore tiles - the structure left honest and unclad, so the material itself carries the interior. The result is a home that feels expansive and intimate at once, and stays cool by construction rather than machinery.
